Driva Finance Limited (Company Number 16538568) is an appointed representative of Consumer Credit Compliance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 631736). We are a credit broker, not a lender. You can verify this on the Financial Services Register at https://register.fca.org.uk.
1. Introduction
By using the Driva Finance website (www.drivafinance.co.uk) or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our website and services. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Driva” refer to Driva Finance Limited.

We introduce customers to a panel of lenders who may offer finance facilities for vehicle or other purchases. We do not provide independent financial advice and do not search the whole market. You can request or view our full lender list by contacting us.
3. Charges and Remuneration
We do not charge you a fee for our services. Instead, we may receive commission or other payment from the lender or third parties we introduce you to. Commission varies by lender and product. You may request details of the commission received.
4. Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy of our website content. However, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy or completeness. Indicative rates are subject to change and final rates are determined by the lender’s assessment. To the extent permitted by law, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from site use or reliance on content.
